Trade Development Manager – Convenience 

Field-Based - North London

Own the territory. Win the space. Bleed Green

You’ll take your patch and turn it into a Monster stronghold, driving range, space, availability, visibility and activation across the convenience channel. You’ll be the person who makes the brand unmissable on your territory.

The role

You’ll run your area like your own business from stock management to spotting opportunities, building relationships and delivering against clear targets.

  • Increasing facings and availability
  • Increasing range offerings in-store
  • Creating standout in-store execution with POS and secondary displays
  • Bringing promotions to life to drive rate of sale
  • Feeding back real-time market insight
  • Managing activity and reporting in line with company standards
