About the Role

Are you ready to power one of the world’s most iconic energy drink brands – from behind the scenes?

We’re proud to be working in partnership with Monster Energy, the global leader in energy drinks, to recruit a talented and driven Technical Services Specialist to join their EMEA Operations team.

Monster Energy is a brand that needs no introduction – bold, edgy, and unapologetically unique.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and analytical professional to join a fast-paced, global business and play a key role in supporting technical processes, supplier management and production readiness.

The Role

  • Managing, logging and tracking print and colour samples submitted by suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate technical records, databases and physical and digital sample archives
  • Monitoring supplier compliance with agreed processes and submission requirements
  • Working closely with suppliers to resolve missing, late or incomplete submissions
  • Analysing sample and compliance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Preparing reports, dashboards and KPI summaries to support the Technical Services team
  • Supporting production verification by cross-checking supplier submissions against production plans and technical requirements
  • Highlighting discrepancies, risks and non-conformities and supporting continuous improvement across Technical Services processes

About You

We're looking for someone who brings a strong eye for detail, a methodical approach and a genuine interest in technical processes and data.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience in an administrative, technical support, quality, manufacturing or supplier-facing environment
  • Experience working with data, records management or process administration
  • Experience within packaging, printing, manufacturing or a supplier environment would be advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to analyse data, identify trends and maintain accurate databases and records
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within Technical Services, supplier quality and manufacturing operations, with the role offering a clear pathway for future progression within the Technical Services function.

If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
