About the Role

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working across Supply Chain, planning, and product activity?

We’re recruiting a Product Lifecycle & Supply Chain Coordinator to support a fast-moving UK Supply Chain function within a premium FMCG business. This is a short-term fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible, supporting product launches, packaging changes, and demand planning activity.

This role sits at the centre of the business, helping ensure new products and product changes are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time.

The Role:

Working within the Supply Chain team and reporting into the Demand & Supply Planning function, you’ll support the coordination of:

  • New product launches (NPD)
  • Packaging changes and transitions
  • Product delists and lifecycle changes
  • Forecasting and demand planning support, particularly for premium and partnership ranges

You’ll act as a key point of coordination between internal teams, systems, and external partners, helping keep plans aligned and risks controlled.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product lifecycle activity, including NPD, pack changes, and delist.
  • Maintain and track project plans, timelines, and key actions.
  • Support forecasting and demand planning by updating product and lifecycle data.
  • Help manage stock transitions to minimise waste, write-offs, and obsolescence.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and third-party partners to support delivery and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate product, packaging, and master data within internal systems.
  • Support packaging, compliance, and waste reporting requirements.
  • Provide general coordination and admin support to the Supply Chain and Planning teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, NPD support, or coordination roles.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and spreadsheets.
  • Confident in communicating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, reliable, and happy working in a short-term FTC role.

Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
