This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment where collaboration, commercial thinking, and legal expertise are highly valued. The Role: Working closely with the in-house legal team, you will: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, services, software licenses, leases, and procurement contracts across the UK and EMEA. Provide practical legal advice to support business strategy and decision-making. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage legal risks effectively. Support and mentor junior legal team members. Maintain contract templates and ensure best practice in contract management. What We're Looking For: Qualified solicitor with strong commercial contract experience. Experience in FMCG or wider Manufacturing sectors Experiences in handling commercial contracts for Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or Procurement. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly to non-legal colleagues. Positive, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. Why This Role?
