About the Role

Do you live and breathe gaming culture?
Know your way around Twitch, streamers, and esports communities?
Want to help shape how one of the world’s most iconic brands shows up in gaming?

We’re looking for a Gaming Content & Community Coordinator to join Monster Energy’s EMEA Digital Marketing team. This is a role for someone who understands gaming from the inside, someone who knows how creators, communities, and platforms really work.

If you’re passionate about gaming, content, and community engagement, this is your chance to help bring Monster’s gaming presence to life across Europe.

The Company

Monster isn’t corporate. We’re bold, fast, disruptive and unapologetically ambitious.

Founded in 2002, Monster Energy has grown into one of the leading brands in the global energy drinks category. With 4000+ employees worldwide and 138+ million cases sold across EMEA in 2023, we operate at serious scale, but with the mindset of a challenger brand.

Our brand is aggressive, cool, dark, mysterious and fun.

Our culture? High-energy, accountable, and built on people who take ownership.

Gaming is a huge part of our world, from esports and streaming to community-driven content. This role will help ensure Monster stays authentic, relevant, and visible inside gaming culture.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Gaming Marketing Manager EMEA, you’ll support the delivery of gaming campaigns, community engagement, and content activations across the EMEA region.

You’ll act as the bridge between Monster’s gaming strategy and the gaming community, working with streamers, influencers, local marketing teams, and creative partners to deliver engaging gaming content and campaigns.

From esports events to social media conversations, you’ll help ensure Monster shows up in gaming in the right way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading community engagement across Monster Gaming social channels in EMEA
  • Supporting the delivery of gaming campaigns and activations across regional markets
  • Creating and curating gaming-focused content across social and streaming platforms
  • Working closely with streamers, influencers, and gaming creators to amplify campaigns
  • Supporting content creation at esports events and gaming activations across Europe
  • Identifying emerging gaming trends, platforms, and creator opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing, brand, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Briefing videographers and photographers to capture gaming content
  • Monitoring community conversations and maintaining a positive online environment
  • Tracking and reporting on community growth, engagement, and campaign performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in gaming, esports, or gaming-related marketing
  • A genuine passion for gaming culture, streaming platforms, and online communities
  • Experience working with content creators, influencers, or gaming campaigns
  • Strong understanding of platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Discord
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn gaming culture into engaging content
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in gaming agencies, esports teams, or gaming brands
  • Someone comfortable with occasional travel across Europe for gaming events and activations
