- Owning category plans that drive growth across key retail customers.
- Turning shopper and market insights into actionable recommendations.
- Leading range reviews, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain to deliver category success.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Category experience within FMCG
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to influence decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Commercial curiosity and a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
