About the Role

Ready to shape the future of a leading food and beverage brand?

We are delighted to be partnered with a well-established global FMCG business with a strong focus on multicultural and world-food brands. Renowned for its authentic and innovative products, this business constantly pushes the boundaries with new flavours, NPD, and consumer-focused initiatives.

They are now looking for a Brand Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for their beverage portfolio.

The Role:

  • Build and execute annual brand plans, long-term strategy, and campaign activity.
  • Manage NPD projects within the beverage portfolio in collaboration with the Global Category Manager and NPD specialist.
  • Work closely with external agencies across brand, PR, design, digital, and social to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting, providing insight-led recommendations to improve ROI and accelerate growth.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and distribution performance to identify opportunities.
  • Manage the full beverage marketing budget and ensure activities align with brand strategy and commercial targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, NPD, and Global Category teams to bring projects to life.

About You:

  • Experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in food/beverage.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to analyse data, measure ROI, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with wholesale, convenience, and/or independent retail channels is highly desirable.
  • Confident managing NPD projects and cross-functional stakeholders.
