As the role of Head of Growth reports directly in to one of the founding partners of the business, there will be amble support and focus on the role to really get things going.
Key objectives will focus on growth, meaningful data and an action plan with the data and the ability to build strong relationships with both Sales & Marketing.
With a 55-60% return rate on the current D2C website (Shopify), driving more traffic to the website will mean tangible uplifts in sales.
As the business is going through hyper growth, the role would suit somebody who aspires to be a leader of the future – the ambitions of this business have now boundaries!
Some of the technical elements of the role with mean that you need experience of SEO, CRO and Paid Marketing.
You will also have a track record of customer growth, ideally within e-commerce, e-mail marketing and referrals.
