Born from a desire to provide genuine brand-advocacy recruitment, The Advocate Group was established in 2012 with a view to close the gap between the level of service typically allocated to executive and mid-market key hires. Drawing on their combined 30 years of experience, our Co-Founding Directors sought to create a group that would focus on building long-term client partnerships and valued candidate relationships.
Having built significant client relationships with both household name brands and global manufacturing organisations, our brand recognition began to soar. Our continual desire to add value to our client partners then prompted us to launch our innovative candidate delivery platform - Advocate 360° - which helped to revolutionise not only the accuracy of our partners’ hiring process, but also allowed our candidates to control their representation and stand out from the crowd.
With the support of an ever-growing team, key client partners and a fantastic array of candidates, The Advocate Group outgrew their premises and invested in a larger Manchester Headquarters and bolstered the growth with the opening of a City Centre Liverpool office to further aid our UK expansion. This was a large step for the group, as it gave us the chance to significantly enhance our industry-specific teams whilst providing even more care and attention to our candidate and client customers.
As we continue to grow, we are able to dedicate more energy to our continuous improvement. Our focus on internal development has allowed us to implement new ideas – such as the creation of in-depth talent pool insight reports. These reports provide our partners with a far greater understanding of the experience, skills and salaries of potential recruits within open and specific geographic locations. The response to our incremental advances has been fantastic and we look forward to maintaining our positive trajectory in coming years.
Our Co-Founders vowed on inception that we would not stand still and we would continually strive to be the best we could possibly be. This ethos has been passed onto our leadership and consultant teams and is a cornerstone of our operations. While our overall aim is sky high - Perception, Credibility, Process and Results is our constant focus; and is what continues to drive our expansion.
