About the Role

Would you like to join a globally recognised leader in the premium beauty and cosmetics industry, known for its iconic brands, innovation, and strong presence across both retail and digital channels? 

As the Social Media Manager, you'll lead the creation and execution of engaging social content across key digital channels, bringing campaigns, product launches and brand moments to life for beauty brands.

The Role:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across key platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Create engaging, social-first content that drives awareness, engagement and brand affinity.
  • Lead social activations for new product launches, campaigns and key brand moments.
  • Adapt global content and assets for local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Support events, experiential activations and pop-ups through real-time content creation.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Brief and collaborate with influencers and content creators to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Work closely with PR, CRM, Media and Brand teams to maximise campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platforms and cultural moments, identifying opportunities for rapid activation.

About You:

  • Proven experience in social media and content creation
  • Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle or other consumer-focused brands would be highly advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms.
  • A genuine passion for social media, digital culture and consumer trends.
  • Experience creating content from concept through to execution.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera and representing brands through content when required.
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to identify and capitalise on trending opportunities.
  • Experience developing content calendars and social media strategies.
  • Ability to analyse social performance data and use insights to improve engagement and reach.

With established relationships across key accounts, the business is focused on expanding distribution, strengthening retailer partnerships, and driving category growth through a highly commercial and collaborative approach. As the National Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering these growth plans across core retail accounts. The Role: Take ownership of a portfolio of national retail accounts, driving profitable growth and delivering against sales, margin, and commercial objectives. Manage account performance across revenue, profitability, promotional investment, and forecasting, ensuring business targets are consistently achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across customer organisations, including buying, category, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams. Protect and grow product distribution by identifying opportunities and presenting compelling, insight-led category recommendations. Develop and execute promotional plans that drive both volume and value growth, using performance data and post-campaign analysis to continuously improve results. Comfortable analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Experience using market, retailer, or category data platforms such as Nielsen, Kantar, retailer portals, or similar tools. Commercially minded, with the ability to turn insight into practical actions that deliver measurable results. Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
