The role after training
Once you know the business sell & role in more detail, you will start to take on further candidate & client responsibility before transitioning into growing & managing your own portfolio of clients and recruitment assignments.
As you start to deliver on your assignments, you’ll open up your salary bracket by having the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly commission on top of basic salary (Here, 90k has been possible by year 5, some have achieved this amount sooner, it’s down to you and your efforts. The formula is simple, listen + absorb + practice + implement + work hard = achieve big).

What are the responsibilities?
· Standing out & developing ‘Your Brand’ in a competitive marketplace (social, phone, email).
· Managing both new and existing candidate/business relationships – Account management.
· Targeted candidate mapping via LinkedIn, Job Boards & other sources.
· Conducting candidate interviews and qualifying them against current live roles.
· Ability to sell your recruitment service from start to finish through trust & previous business delivery & case studies. #standoutagainstthecompetition
· Administrative work, such as data analytics, research, CV advancement to support candidate’s application plus much more!
