I am partnered with a Global manufacturer and distributor within the confectionery category. With thousands of employees Worldwide, you will have an awareness of their brands.
Whilst this organisation maintains a strong hold of the UK market, they have identified an opportunity for a key individual to play a pivotal part in joining their OOH division to increase this in line with the channel strategy.
In partnership with your Channel Manager and Sales Director, you will be instrumental in building and developing key trade relationships.
Whilst this is a developmental role, your skills in relation to customer interaction and commercial acumen will be enhanced. You will be taking full responsibility for your portfolio consisting of account such as Bidfood, Brakes, Bestway and Costco.
On top of this, you will also be supporting the Sales Director on some of their larger accounts such as Booker.
An analytical or insight led approach is desirable within this role in order to add as much value as possible to both the strategy and the customer accounts.
In order to succeed in this role, you will have a strong desire to learn and develop in a business that can offer you continuous progression. Internally this is seen as a fast-track role, allowing you the long-term opportunity to move laterally to gain exposure across internal divisions. You will be joining an intimate team whereby everyone helps each other succeed and ultimately works towards one common goal.
