As the Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, improving efficiency, and shaping a best-in-class end-to-end supply chain. With a strong focus on quality, service, and continuous improvement, you’ll be at the heart of delivering smarter, faster, and more effective operations across global markets.

The Role

  • Develop and maintain accurate supply chain reporting and insights across procurement, demand planning, supply planning, and logistics
  • Support and own the Sales & Operations Planning process, providing data-driven insights and scenario analysis
  • Analyse supply chain performance to identify opportunities to improve cost, service levels, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain and improve demand planning processes to support production and capacity planning
  • Analyse trends, seasonality, and promotions to enhance forecast accuracy
  • Monitor and optimise inventory levels, minimising stockouts and excess stock
  • Manage phase-in/phase-out (PIPO) planning to reduce obsolescence and ensure product availability
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across planning systems, processes, and supply chain visibility
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve supply chain issues and prevent reoccurrence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive performance and deliver key projects
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective decision-making and operational delivery

About You:

  • 1+ years’ experience in supply chain, demand planning, operations, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience using SAP or similar systems
  • Background within FMCG or manufacturing environments (food & beverage preferred)
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning methodologies (e.g. MRP, DRP, S&OP)
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and driven by continuous improvement
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Degree educated in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
