The Role:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships
  • Identifying, targeting and securing new business opportunities to expand your territory

  • Championing the brewery's own-brand beer range to create new opportunities and increase sales
  • Cross-selling the wider drinks portfolio, including draught beer, wine and spirits
  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to grow their drinks offering
  • Maximising turnover and profitability across existing accounts while developing new revenue streams
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Taking ownership of your territory, sales pipeline and overall commercial performance
  • Delivering against agreed sales targets, KPIs and business growth objectives
  • Representing an ambitious independent brewery and building its presence across the regional on-trade market

About You:

  • Experience within field sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role
  • A background in the drinks, brewing, hospitality, FMCG or wholesale sectors would be advantageous
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop long-term commercial partnerships
  • A proactive approach to winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities and maximise sales profitability
  • Confident communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable managing your own territory and workload
  • A results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • The ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to wider business objectives
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
