  • Delivering customer training, supporting events and representing an ambitious independent brewery in the market
  • Monitoring account performance, maintaining accurate CRM data and providing timely sales reports and forecasts
  • Taking ownership of sales targets, account performance and personal development, with the opportunity to grow into a future leadership role

About You:

  • A background in beer, drinks, hospitality, FMCG or wholesale would be advantageous
  • Experience managing customer relationships and developing joint plans to drive commercial growth
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand sales performance, identify opportunities and protect profitability
  • A proactive approach to winning new business and developing existing accounts
  • Confident communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build lasting customer partnerships
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your own accounts, targets and workload
  • A clear communicator who can share customer insights and market opportunities with internal teams
  • Ambition to develop into a leadership role, with previous team management experience not essential
  • A genuine passion for beer and pride in representing a brand you believe in
  • Experience working with UK supermarket or wholesale accounts would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of craft beer, the wider drinks trade, CRM systems or retailer data portals would be advantageous
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customers across the UK
