Want to play a key role in driving engagement, retention, and growth for a premium ecommerce business?

We’re looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Assistant to join a fast-growing ecommerce team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical side of marketing, and wants to develop within CRM, lifecycle, and digital performance.

If you’re passionate about ecommerce, customer journeys, and using data to drive results, this is your chance to be part of a high-performing digital team.

The Company

This isn’t a traditional retailer.

It’s a premium, digitally-led brand with a strong presence across Europe, operating a growing direct-to-consumer model alongside global collaboration across international teams.

The business blends product excellence with digital innovation, putting customer experience at the heart of everything they do.

The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and built around people who take ownership, bring ideas, and continuously look to improve performance.

The Role

Reporting into the Ecommerce leadership team, you’ll support across email marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle activity.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in everything from building campaigns to analysing performance and optimising customer journeys.

You’ll play a key part in helping the business grow its customer base, engagement levels, and lifetime value, ensuring communications are relevant, personalised, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, build, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
  • Creating and maintaining email templates aligned to best practice
  • Running A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Supporting CRM activity including segmentation, personalisation, and targeting
  • Assisting with automated flows, triggered campaigns, and customer journeys
  • Supporting initiatives to grow the email database and membership base
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with customer services to support satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining the ecommerce marketing calendar and campaign plans
  • Supporting website updates, promotions, and campaign execution
  • Collaborating with internal teams, developers, and external agencies

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Experience building and deploying email campaigns (e.g. Klaviyo or similar)
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
  • Passion for ecommerce and digital marketing
