About the Role

Ready to take ownership, challenge the status quo and make an impact on a global scale?

We're looking for a Demand Planner to join Monster Energy's EMEA Operations team, playing a key role in keeping our products moving across a diverse portfolio of markets.

This is more than just forecasting. It's about turning data into action, building relationships that drive results and ensuring we're always one step ahead of demand.

If you're commercially minded, thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to take ownership, this could be your next move.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Demand Planning Manager, you'll take ownership of demand forecasting across approximately five to six markets, working closely with commercial teams, distribution partners and wider supply chain functions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own the Forecast: Maintain accurate demand forecasts within SAP IBP, ensuring the latest market intelligence and customer requirements are reflected across a three-year planning horizon.
  • Drive Demand Reviews: Lead monthly demand review meetings with commercial teams and customers, challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment across the business.
  • Analyse Performance: Monitor forecast accuracy and key planning KPIs, identifying trends, investigating variances and proactively escalating risks.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across markets.
  • Protect Product Availability: Identify potential stock-out risks, slow-moving inventory and obsolete stock, working cross-functionally to develop solutions.
  • Support Business Growth: Partner with NPD, supply planning and commercial teams to support new product launches, market changes and evolving customer demand.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of forecasting processes, planning systems and the wider S&OP agenda.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're after someone who combines strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence, challenge and engage stakeholders.

You'll ideally bring:

  • At least two years' experience in demand planning, preferably within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced consumer-facing environment.
  • A solid understanding of demand planning principles, forecasting methodologies and key performance indicators.
  • Experience working with SAP IBP, SAP APO or another demand planning system. SAP IBP would be advantageous but isn't essential.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and communicate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and challenge forecast assumptions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain and customer-facing teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to identify issues, take ownership and escalate where necessary.
  • The adaptability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a changing, international environment.

Above all, you'll be someone who takes ownership, builds relationships and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

THINK BIGGER. MOVE FASTER. MAKE IT HAPPEN.

If you're an experienced Demand Planner ready to bring your energy, expertise and ambition to Monster Energy, we'd love to hear from you.
