Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of key strategic commercial projects across EMEA & OSP, from planning through to execution
- Assist in identifying and shaping new initiatives that drive growth across Distribution, Execution, and Rate of Sale (ROS)
- Help manage and evolve key internal platforms such as Commercial Pitlane, ensuring content is engaging and valuable
- Drive forward existing commercial initiatives including Beast Blitz, Retailer Engagement, and Merchandising programmes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support digital capability projects that enhance commercial performance
- Track, analyse, and report on initiative performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations
- Support the coordination and delivery of key commercial meetings, leadership sessions, and wider team projects
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across markets, ensuring alignment and successful execution of projects
About You:
- Commercially astute with a strong drive to deliver results at pace
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- A confident communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with teams at all levels
- A proactive self-starter with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset
- Passionate, motivated, and aligned with a high-performance, growth-driven culture
- Willing to travel nationally and internationally as required
