This is a rare opportunity to step into a role where marketing goes far beyond campaigns — it’s about building a brand that lives and breathes within sport, music, gaming, and youth culture.

 

⚡ The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on, high-energy marketer to take ownership of their Egyptian market — someone who can think strategically but thrives in execution.

 

You’ll be at the center of everything: from large-scale events to grassroots activations, working closely with global teams while making a real impact locally.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the regional marketing strategy in Egypt
  • Plan and deliver standout events from concept through to evaluation
  • Activate the brand across sports, music, gaming, and culture
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, athletes, and partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, distributors, and agencies
  • Drive sampling campaigns and brand visibility initiatives
  • Manage budgets and ensure strong return on investment
  • Support product launches, merchandising, and promotional activity
  • Grow and engage audiences across social media platforms
  • Continuously identify new opportunities and innovative ideas

 

About You

  • 6–8 years’ marketing experience (ideally within FMCG or lifestyle brands)
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Strong experience in events and brand activations
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to align marketing with sales objectives
  • Highly organised with excellent execution skills
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management ability
  • Creative, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Passion for sport, music, or youth culture is a strong advantage
