The Role

You'll act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing high-quality HR administration and support across a varied range of responsibilities, including:

  • Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR correspondence.
  • Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring a positive experience for new starters.
  • Managing employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers and leavers.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records across SAP HR and associated systems.
  • Working closely with Payroll to ensure employee data and monthly changes are processed accurately and within deadlines.

  • Supporting HR reporting, audits, benefits administration and family leave processes.
  • Coordinating long service awards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.

About You

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine interest in supporting employees.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience using HR systems, particularly SAP HR, would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and employment administration.

A CIPD qualification, either completed or currently in progress, would also be beneficial, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
