About the Role

Are you ready to take ownership of a high-profile product category and make a measurable impact in a leading food business?

The Advocate Group are looking for a dynamic Category Manager to shape strategy, drive growth, and influence decisions in a fast-paced, commercially-driven environment. You could be an established Category Manager looking for more breadth (and wider scope of responsibility) or a highly capable Category Exec looking to take that next step

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

  • Lead category plans that deliver real results for both the business and retail partners
  • Use your market insight to uncover trends, spot opportunities, and inspire innovation
  • Build strong, influential relationships with key stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, and marketing
  • Take responsibility for range reviews, pricing strategies, and promotional activity that maximises profitability

What’s in it for you?
You’ll join a collaborative team in a respected UK food brand with a strong market presence. Expect plenty of scope to make your mark, support from passionate colleagues, and a culture where initiative is encouraged and rewarded.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven success in category management, ideally within food, beverage or broader FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with the confidence to turn data into action
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
  • A strategic thinker with commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

If you’re passionate about food and thrive in a role where your ideas become reality, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and take your career to the next level.
