⚑ Senior National Account Manager – Out-of-Home & Leisure

£70,000–£80,000 + car allowance + bonus + potential shares

London HQ – 1 day a week in office

With £30M turnover, new international retail partnerships and a growing presence in stadiums, gyms and entertainment venues, the brand is looking to leverage these relationships to further accelerate growth.

The Role

  • Lead Out-of-Home, Leisure and Foodservice strategy across stadiums, arenas, gyms and premium venues.
  • Build commercial partnerships that elevate brand visibility and drive high-volume performance.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts and activations with operators and distributors across the UK.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to deliver experiential brand moments in sport and entertainment.
  • Identify new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.

About You

  • Experienced commercial operator within Out-of-Home, Leisure or Foodservice drinks channels.
  • Proven ability to open new routes to market and build multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven and confident representing a fast-growth, culturally relevant brand.
  • Connected across leisure, hospitality, and fitness networks.
  • Passionate about sport, wellbeing and creating standout brand experiences.

Package & Location

  • £70,000–£80,000 + car allowance, bonus & share potential.
  • London HQ one day per week with national reach.
