About the Role

We’re supporting Monster Energy to find their next Regional Communications & Content Manager that will own and amplify their brand voice across Spain. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes culture, understands how stories travel across media, and knows how to turn moments into movements. From motorsport to music, gaming to football, action sports to the streets — you’ll be right at the heart of it, shaping how Monster shows up, sounds, and hits in-market.
The Opportunity
You’ll be the bridge between EMEA central teams and the Spanish market, driving powerful, multi-channel storytelling across earned and owned media.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and executing market and cross-market communications strategies across earned and owned channels
- Developing and distributing compelling stories through a growing media network
- Creating standout video, imagery, and written content — from press releases to presentations
- Managing media relations across Iberia, securing relevant placements across print, broadcast and online
- Leading PR and content activity across Motorsport, Action Sports, Music, Gaming and Football partnerships
- Working closely with athletes, ambassadors, creators, and MOB teams to deliver authentic content
- Coordinating with internal teams, bottlers, and EMEA central to ensure alignment and impact
- Playing a key role in future Beast Bets content planning
What your background will be
- You’re creative, connected and culturally switched on. You know how to spot a story, shape it, and make it travel.
- Proven experience in PR, communications, and content creation
- A strong track record delivering successful comms or digital campaigns
- Established relationships with lifestyle, sports, music, and gaming media
- Exceptional writing and editing skills — you know how words land
- Confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets
- Hands-on experience working with filmmakers, photographers, and creators
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar
