Demand Analyst

Are you a sharp, detail-oriented Demand Analyst ready to make a real impact in the fast-paced world of FMCG? We're looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join a dynamic supply chain team, supporting some of the UK's most recognisable retail accounts.

In this hybrid role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping demand forecasts, driving collaborative relationships with both internal teams and key retail customers, and ensuring seamless product availability. You'll be the glue between commercial ambition and operational delivery helping to balance stock, service levels, and business planning goals.

What you'll be doing:

Creating and managing accurate demand forecasts across SKUs and customer accounts
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and international partners to support the business planning cycle
Monitoring customer systems and promotional activity, spotting trends and flagging potential risks
Leading customer forecast reviews and providing clear insights to the wider business
Ensuring promotional data is clean and integrated correctly in planning systems (Anaplan)
Producing insightful reports and performance metrics to drive decisions


What we're looking for:

Experience in demand or supply planning-ideally within the FMCG sector
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with forecasting tools (Anaplan experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Organised, detail-driven, and naturally analytical
Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal teams and retail customers
