As Director of Planning & Supply, you’ll take charge of a vital leadership role, overseeing demand planning, supply chain strategy, and the S&OP process across approximately 50% of our fast-growing EMEA business.
This is your opportunity to make a real difference – leading a dynamic team, managing complex, multi-site operations, and delivering supply chain excellence at pace. You’ll play a key role in ensuring availability, efficiency, and commercial success across a diverse and high-performing region.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end demand, supply, and S&OP planning process for 50% of EMEA volume
- Develop and deliver a 3-year strategic roadmap to support business expansion
- Coach and develop a high-performing team of 6–9 direct reports
- Achieve near-100% stock availability while reducing waste and cost
- Collaborate closely with commercial teams, NPD, bottlers, co-packers, and suppliers
- Leverage systems such as SAP IBP, Power BI, and Excel to drive data-led planning
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in senior planning roles within FMCG, across multiple markets
- 3+ years in team leadership with a strong track record in performance management
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP IBP, S&OP processes, and planning systems
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive to continuously improve systems and outcomes
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and confidence in working cross-functionally
