The Role:
As Director of Strategic Projects, you’ll spearhead multi-year initiatives to elevate organizational capability, embed sustainable ways of working, and drive digital innovation. Reporting to the VP of Capability Development, you'll manage a small but mighty team, collaborate across departments, and lead programs that impact thousands across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver strategic transformation programs from the ground up
- Identify capability gaps and build future-ready solutions
- Champion change management and stakeholder engagement
- Lead innovation projects including AI integration and digital adoption
- Strengthen organizational effectiveness through practical, scalable frameworks

- Expertise in change leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
- Strong digital fluency and AI literacy
