About the role
You will manage the overall strategic planning of the Category, own the P&L and the Category plan and its commercial success. The role is end-to-end, starting with strategic category planning and developing a successful commercial strategy.
A key aspect of the role is to ensure effective ranging, management of the life cycle of the products in the category whilst monitoring performance and propose corrective actions to reach strategic and financial commitments.
Internal stakeholder relationships will include Innovation, Design, Market Activation, Sales, Supply Chain & Finance in addition to the external client interaction.
Develop and own the Category Plan
Define innovation roadmap based on consumer insights
Define the Consumer Decision Journey
Own the Global Go-to-Market strategy and coordinate execution in the markets
You will have operated in either a Brand/Category/Marketing role
FMCG or Consumer Durable experience is a must
You will be brand-oriented

Excellent communication skills is a must
