What an exciting brief I have taken for a HR Systems and Insights Manager within a Global Brand.
You will be responsible not only for the HR System but also for the ATS, LMS, Comp & Bens. You will also assist with a full system reconfiguration within a global network!
What you will do!
Lead on a project to re-configure the EMEAHR system, ensuring its fit for purpose
Identify and scope additional system functionality
Ownership of all HR/people reporting requirement
Support internal teams such as Payroll, HR and Finance
Experience within a similar role is a must
Excellent knowledge around MR Reports, MS Excel and HR Systems
Ability to deal with complex technical issues in a timely, accurate and effective way
Experience of working within a high pressure and fact paced environment
