Having gone through a period of positive transformation as a result of a Private Equity acquisition, a leading Private Label business with key Retail customers are looking to on-board a talented and forward thinking Head of Marketing to accelerate growth in a high potential sector.
With an already impressive turnover of £120 million, with a 3 year plan to achieve £200 million turnover, this established, heritage business are looking to secure the best talent in the market.
About the role
Coming in to the role you will be proactive in your mind set, questioning NPD opportunities, talking to the wider business, utilising the data and insight that you have to make sound commercial decisions.
You will drive brand awareness with the different products areas and look for opportunities to make certain offerings more premium.
Strong leadership is a must. Overseeing a team of 10, you will be able to develop staff, upskill and lead by example.
You will be adaptive to change, the business is going through a period of positive transformation, and you will have a change mind set.
The role needs somebody who can make an instant impact, so you will have operated at Head of Marketing, Marketing Controller or Marketing Director.
Having had exposure of both Private Label and Branded would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
A strong understanding of both Customer and Consumer demands.
