The Advocate Group is exclusively partnered with TENZING on their search for a Field Sales Executive to join their UK Commercial team. TENZING is a B Corp-certified energy drinks company on a mission to revolutionise the beverage industry with its natural, sustainable, and high-performance products. The Role:
- Grow the presence of TENZING in top London grocery stores through strategic sales and activation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, buyers, and decision-makers.
- Execute company-wide missions by coordinating and implementing promotional activities and events.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to build brand visibility and differentiate TENZING from competitors.
- Conduct field visits to monitor product placement, displays, and promotional activities.
- Reporting grocery area sales and analysing effectiveness of different strategies.
The Person:
- Previous experience in sales is desirable, working for an FMCG brand is a bonus!
- Live and breathe TENZING with confidence.
- The ability and desire to sell.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
