Job Title: Assistant Product Manager

The Advocate Group is currently partnered with a highly innovative and leading international brand within outdoor apparel and footwear.
This is a business experiencing rapid growth internationally and is seeking to expand their team to support the development of the brand and continued success within the UK market. As a result, we are working on an exciting, newly created role within the Product team.
The role:
The role of Assistant Product Manager is a key hire that will assist in delivering on-trend, compelling product ranges that deliver against international business objectives and align to the global brand vision.
You will focus on the needs of core consumers, distribution landscape and access points in both D2C and B2B channels. You will be working with a number of cross-functional teams including Buying, Merchandising and Marketing, as well as the EMEA Sales and Demand Planning teams.
Your profile:
– 3 years experience in product management / merchandising
– Proven ability to conduct consumer insights and an understanding of the global product / consumer landscape
– Strong communication skills, as well as the ability to influence
– Analytical and problem-solving
– Strong organisation, planning, and time management ability
– Self-driven and motivated
