The Advocate Group are partnering with a UK leading wholesale supplier to the food and drink market, who have a host of clients ranging from independent stores to multi-national retail brands.
Due to continued growth and consistently being the number one FMCG supplier within their category, they are recruiting for an Account Manager to join the Commercial Sales team
Core responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, seeking out additional opportunities for growth
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across the channel
- Leveraging your existing network to open doors with prospective customers
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in addition to account growth.
Candidate attributes:
- Experience of account management/business development within an FMCG or Consumer Goods capacity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Personable with a positive mindset, able to self-motivate without micro-management
- Ambitious and driven by successful outcomes, have a desire to do well.
