THE ROLE

Global Customer Quality Manager

The role of a Global Customer Quality Manager requires the individual to report into the business regarding Johnson Matthey’s quality performance so that the business can take the necessary actions to remain as the customer’s first choice when awarding business.

Johnson Matthey addressed the need to recruit a Global Customer Quality Manager with the relevant expertise to become a valuable asset to the company after a new role was opened up.
