The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a globally renowned, family-owned drinks business in the search for a Customer Marketing Manager - eCommerce on a fixed term basis to drive digital excellence and deliver standout brand performance across key online retail channels.

The Role:
- Develop and execute activation plans aligned to customer and channel strategies.
- Lead paid media campaigns and optimise performance across grocery platforms.
- Analyse data to drive actions, compliance, and ROI.
- Manage own budget and contribute to planning and evaluation meetings.
- Integrate e-Commerce campaigns with brand marketing plans and budgets.
- Track, report, and optimise online activations for maximum impact.
About You:
- Experience in e-Commerce/online retail Customer Marketing Manager role.
- Experience in FMCG, ideally drinks.
- Knowledge of Criteo & Citrus is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive commercial decisions.
- Comfortable working across multiple internal and external teams.
