About the role:
The role of Brand Manager to develop and implement the strategic brand targets throughout the year.
As mentioned, NPD is a big focus on this role, so an innovative mind, but also somebody who is comfortable using data and insight (Exposure to Kantar, Nielsen, IRI)
You are join P&L account with Buying, so you will need to be comfortable making strong, commercial decisions
Presenting to Retail Buyers NPD, pricing and promotions and
communication plans is all part of your remit
You will have a minimum of 3 years-experience within a Food/FMCG background
Experience in developing and executing business and brand plans delivering growth and
Proven track record of successfully bringing innovation to market, leading cross functional
teams and projects
Experience in instigating consumer insight, both qualitative and quantitative (includingKantar/ IRI/ ad-hoc research techniques)
Good project and time management skills,
