Working for one of the leading Challenger Brands in the Bodycare industry, you will have the opportunity and autonomy to make a real difference, away from the red-tape that you would encounter working for a blue-chip.
Within the Bodycare team, you would be accountable for two key brands with that are established in the Grocers, Discounters in addition to Pharmacy customers.
You will be heavily involved in innovation and activation in addition to the forward strategy of the brands.
You will understand consumer needs, GAP analysis and execute opportunities with your Retail customers.
Success will be measured on Sales, bottom line profit, market share and customer engagement with the brands.
The business has great brands, encourage creative thinking and have a strong culture and collaborative way of working.
To succeed in the role you will have examples of innovation. You will have dealt with and managed agencies as part of your role.
An understanding of the UK market and the different channels to market is key.
Experience as a Brand Manager of an Assistant Brand Manager who has owned their own brand is a must.
FMCG experience would be considered although Personal Care experience is desirable.
