The cities were ranked based on liveability, loveability, and prosperity, all of which the 0161 has in spades. And, as a result, Manchester managed to beat out the likes of Mexico City, New Orleans, and Valencia.

2. Unbeatable bars and restaurants

It has a thriving bar and restaurant scene, both in the city centre and out into the regions of Greater Manchester.
