Our Executive Team
Using search and selection techniques throughout his career, Chris wanted to create a company that could apply these bespoke techniques across all key hires in a business.
The Advocate Group's name came from the brand advocacy ethics Chris has always encouraged in his teams and embedded in his way of working. Creating The Advocate Group has allowed for these ethics to become a business standard.
Since 2004, Glen has also established a group of successful recruitment businesses under the Axis Associate Consultants brand.
Glen created Axis to re-invent how people think about recruitment agencies. Since working with Chris, the desire for the creation of a bespoke search and selection consultancy that provides a bespoke recruitment partnership to clients and candidates was borne.
Mike has been in the recruitment industry since 1988. Formerly a big-billing recruiter, he was one of the initial drivers of the international recruitment group, Parker Bridge. He then became Managing Director helping to mastermind a twenty-fold growth in staff size & financial turnover.
Mike now focuses on developing recruitment talent in the industry, and brings his exclusive techniques to The Advocate Group's teams.
Mike has 15 years experience with Financial Services most notably as the Director of Sales for Bank Of America (MBNA).
He has concluded exclusive deals with brands such as Manchester United, BT, Amazon and the AA plus partnership portfolio acquisitions up to £250m in receivables.
