Established by Ryan and Cassandra, they’ve spent the past nine years growing the business from kitchen table startup to kitchen cupboard staple. We started a conversation with Propercorn to see if they needed any assistance with their rapid growth and found that they were looking to fill a Senior NAM role and a NAM that we could help with. Having no previous working relationship, we took care to get to know the business vision, values and culture before we began our search.

Founded in Belgium as a family business in 1932, Lotus Bakeries Ltd has risen to become a global name in the FMCG sector with sales organisations in more than 10 countries including the United States and Canada. Balancing traditional methods and innovative advancements, it grew from a door to door delivery service and bakery into a worldwide brand with over 1,200 employees under the Lotus Biscoff, Anna’s and Peijnenburg brand names.

2Agriculture is an independent milling business which has been supplying feed to the poultry industry for the past 50 years. The company own various manufacturing plants spanning across the UK including sites in Scotland, East Anglia and North Wales.

Fiddes Payne Ltd.

Fiddes Payne was originally established in 1993, supplying the food, independent and delicatessen trade with a basic range of herbs and spices. Following their ambitions, they soon turned their attentions to the grocery sector - opening an elite range of spice mills bearing the label of their recognisable Mosimann brand. A year on from this, Fiddes Payne entered the home baking market with the launch of beautifully crafted unique cake decorations.

Didriksons

Didriksons began producing workwear for fishermen in Grundsund, Sweden circa 1913. Now over 100 years later, the international company are defined as global leaders in outerwear and have grown into Scandinavia’s biggest provider of rainwear and functional garments.
